This wall hanging brings back memories of my time in Bali. It has two main parts. The body was designed using green waxed linen threads spaced with pale blue and gray to resemble the terraces in the fields . Black linen threads twist and turn through the openings in the green coils to look like the roads that meander through the terraces. Glass beads in black, blue and silver dangle below the main part. Whether you have been to Bali or not I hope this piece brings you the joy I felt in the villages there.
